Savior, Crucified, Risen, Returning
We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God — fully divine and fully human. He is the second person of the Trinity, who existed from eternity and through whom all things were made (John 1:3). He entered human history through the miraculous virgin birth, living a sinless life as both the perfect example for humanity and the only sufficient sacrifice for sin.
The crucifixion of Jesus is the central event of human history. On the cross, Jesus bore the penalty for the sins of all humanity, offering Himself as the perfect atoning sacrifice. Three days later, He rose bodily from the dead — defeating sin, death, and the grave. His resurrection is not a symbol or a metaphor; it is the historical cornerstone of the Christian faith (1 Corinthians 15:3-4).
Jesus ascended to the right hand of the Father, where He reigns as Lord over all creation. He is the only mediator between God and humanity (1 Timothy 2:5). Salvation is found in no one else — for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). He is our High Priest, our Advocate, and our coming King.
We believe that Jesus will return — visibly, bodily, and gloriously — to judge the living and the dead and to establish His kingdom in its fullness. This blessed hope (Titus 2:13) shapes how we live, giving us urgency in sharing the Gospel and confidence in the face of suffering. Until He returns, we are called to faithfully proclaim His name to all nations.
John 3:16 — For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.
1 Corinthians 15:3-4 — Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, he was buried, he was raised on the third day.
Acts 4:12 — Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved.
